Doosukeltha Story is, A small wager by Chinna (Vishnu) during his the child years effects in his family getting away from a village and gradually he grows to become a streetsmart and brilliant man with a kind heart. Due to his act, the life of Alekhya (Lavanya) also gets disturbed and her instantly family members disowns her.
